This home is not present on the 1908 atlas of Haverford, but it is present on the 1910 census, occupied by the Harneds. Additionally, the 1913 atlas lists the occupants as the "Misses Harned".

In 1918, a couple of homes on Llandillo were burgled, and a news article lists a mystery "Frank E. Thorne" as a resident of the home, although it misidentifies 16 Llandillo as 15 Llandillo as well, and no records can be found for a Frank Thorne that lived in Haverford in the 1910s or 1920s.

In 1931, the Martins' dog was one of many that were poisoned and killed when a vandal left rotten meat on multiple lawns around the neighborhood, killing the animal that ate it.

The home eventually was sold to the Meyer family, who owned the home until 1983. It was sold to the Courtneys for $92,500, and the Courtneys sold the home in 2015 for $475,000.
